I just bought the book on a "themed" table at the bookstore. I was not looking for such a book, but the title and cover caught my eye. I LOVED Sue Monk Kidd's "Seceret Life of Bee's" and "The Mermaid Chair" and have been looking for something of a similar flavor ever since finishing those. I am very excited to read your novel... and am delighted to discover even MORE on this region and culture. Thanks for writing!!!!

I just finished your great novel and felt like I was right there with every word.Ever since I visited Hilton Head, Beaufort and Pawley's Island I have been hooked on reading lowcountry novels. I took the ferry to Daufuskie Island and had the pleasure of meeting some very interesting people as I rode my bike all over the island.Through your creative writing I felt like I was right back there enjoying that S.C. lifestyle!You are truely a gifted artist and author and I look forward to your next novel.
